Family,
I've learned life is too short to fight with our loved ones.
Though we might not see eye to eye on some things,
we can still love one another and agree to disagree.
We can't hold grudges no matter what others may do.
This causes bitterness to rise up, and not
only makes us miserable, it makes us sick in body and mind
too.
When one of us says a word or does a wrong thing
without really thinking, we're gonna have to remember we
sometimes do the same thing and we hurt the ones we love.
Lets swallow our pride and go and say I LOVE YOU,
sorry I hurt you so much.
I'm not saying I can always do these things,
we all do wrong things sometimes.
I'm just saying God has been showing me some things
to be thinking on and to make me realize that my loved ones
are VERY SPECIAL each and every one.
They're is NO way to replace a family.
We can replace THINGS in our life.
But we can't replace brother's, sister's, Mom or Dad.
And can't replace our children, our husband or our wife.
So we need to take care of these relationships
while they are still with us.
Patch up any differences we may have because
we really need each other in this life.
I LOVE EACH OF YOU MORE THAN I CAN TELL YA!
Just remember we each have an appointment to keep.
We won't miss this appointment and we won't be late.
Daddy has had his appointment, and PRAISE GOD
he was ready to go.
God gave him a chance before he left to
get right with Him before He took him home.
And our Daddy did all he could to make right any wrong.
God knows whats best for his
children so he came and carried Mama home.
Now they are both in a better place, there's no sickness or pain.
And they're together again.
We don't know who in our family will be next, but we
do know we can see them again. We do know we can use the time
that's left to be good to each other. We can get right with
God
and be ready to go when He calls us home.
Then our family circle will not be broken on the other side.
We know we can prepare for that day.
And oh yea,
Always Remember The Little Things In Life Are The Big
Things!
Love, Gerri
