Ye Must Be Born Again

I've been sitting here thinking
About how it used to be
I had nothing to believe in
To get me through my days

One day the Lord sought me
Called out my name
He said, child be still, please listen
Ye MUST be born again

All men are sinners
Come short of the glory of God
I came to pay your sin debt
So you wouldn't have to die

I cried, Jesus, please save me
E're I die the second death
I have no power to save myself
And I'm sinking deep in sin

He picked me up from the bottom
And set me on the ROCK
Now there is finally
Peace within my heart

O, children, please listen
O, please understand
TODAY is the day of salvation
Ye MUST be born again
