Jesus Came To Get Her

Dedicated to my mama, Mary Dillard. She went home on January 18th 2008.
Mama I saw Jesus in you! I love and miss you so much!

Jesus came to get her, for that was her desire
To be in the presence of her Lord, walking by his side

She has no more sorrow, no burdens, no pain
God wiped away all her tears, never to cry again

We need to all get ready, for Jesus soon will come
To gather all his children and take them safely home

We can be up there together on that reunion day
If we put our trust in Jesus, for that is the only way!
